Edge of the Knife is a classic Haida story of a traumatized and stranded man transformed into Gaagiixiid, the wildman.
It is the story of survival and redemption, secrets and self‐discovery, set against the backdrop of the tangled rainforest and storm-ravaged west coast of Haida Gwaii.
The mystery-thriller was produced in “nation-to-nation” communal manner with Zacharias Kunuk, director of the groundbreaking Inuit film “Atanarjuat: The Fast Runner”, as its Executive Producer.
